My review is actually my real life experiences with this daycare and its owner as a whole.

If you do not have time to read my review on the Dixie Hwy location, I will make it short.

Do your research, there are better daycare providers than this one. You can get more for your money at another provider. Don't take my word for it, just do a simple comparison. One daycare I have thoroughly checked out is "Shining Stars". It turns out they offer me MORE for a whole lot LESS than I was paying at Bright Beginings.

Breakfast, lunch, and a daily log of your child's activity for that day are provided. There are daily projects and lessons that you can track as well. Bright Beginings does not even come close to the professional caliber of Shining Stars. They could barely keep track of my payment log. Lets not forget the high turn over rate of employees. It seemed as if there were new faces all the time.

Do your research as well as ask around about your future choices. Ask your providers about past violations. CPS can help guide you as well. The can provide information that some providers do not want you to know. Its better if you find out ahead of time than after the fact.

Be smart, do your homework and watch out for empty promises that get you in the door.

Make sure your "Shining Star(s)" do not get stuck with a dull beginning.
