        We had a difficult deal with a difficult buyer, but Gil was our lucky star, that solved all issues. At times, the buyer was so troublesome, that thought the whole thing was going to fall apart, but Gil saved the deal, guided us through all difficulties, and ensured we completed the closing to our satisfaction.
