I would give less stars if I could. I saw the man doctor. He has an accent and I was so congested I couldn't hardly understand him. I asked him to repeat himself and he became visibly mad at me and kept asking me questions about medications I took months ago when I was sick 3 months ago. I was confused if he was asking about my symptoms now or 3 months ago. His line of questioning was like an interrogation not even related to my current illness at times. Finally he said, "You took this and this (Z-pack and some asthma medicine) back in April (months ago). I said that's possible I don't remember back then. Then he said, "I can see your whole medication history you know (as if I care!). He said I know everything you took. I said okay. Then he proceeded to talk to me like I was a complete moron and acted like I have no clue about asthma attacks (I have had it since I was 6 months old). I can see where people felt like they were accused of being pill pushers because he was going there with me too I think! An asthma pill pusher? I barely remember to take my singular each night. I'll NEVER EVER go there again. I have never been talked to so poorly before from what is supposed to be a professional. He was very accusatory and unprofessional in his line of questioning.

Very Impressed. Thankful to finally have a doctor I am comfortable talking to. Dr. Didluch was the most down to earth Dr. I have ever dealt with. Laughing and joking but in a professional manner. Thank You.

IF THERE WAS A URGENT CARE TO GO TO, THIS IS THE PLACE. I WAS TREATED LIKE A PERSON, NOT A NUMBER. FRIEDNLY, CARING STAFF. THE PERSONAL TOUCH.

I was scared, and experiencing intolerable pain when my girlfriend helped me into this urgent care facility. But in my case, I was accused of being a drug addict and wanting what this doctor called "my fix". I have since been prescribed two weeks worth of vicodin, and was given numerous morphine injections, ct scan, and spinal tap at the hospital. I find it horrid to be called a junkie, and to be told never to come back. This is how you are going to treat your patients with a long history of medical records showing many herniated discs and a twisted spine? You would obviously be able to see that this particular person might have a history of back, neck, and head pain.

I would suggest you go to the hospital, you might actually get what you need, as long as that doctor is working at this facility...

Wow, don't go to Genesee Urgent Care for pain relief unless you want to be accused of being a junkie. My boyfriend had an unbearable migraine and was given shots for pain relief, the shots didn't work and we decided we needed to drive to the ER. However as we were leaving we were met by the doctor telling us "never to return because we're just junkies looking for a shot." We were appalled by his accusations and disregard for professionalism! When my boyfriend was in excruciating pain, the doctor had kept us waiting for him half-hours at a time, but boy, when he wanted to give us his two cents, he was quick to catch us at the door. Very unprofessional and extremely rude of that doctor!
