What a real NY style pizza should be!

First of all I was very impressed by the quality food by Venice Pizza. This restaurant is a wonderful family atmostphere with good service and great pizza. I've never been dissapointed with my meals and I get along wonderfully with the team of waitresses. The girls at Venice never fail to meet all the needs of my family and I. The Salad is always fresh and the pizza folds perfectly like a real NY style Pie. I'd recommend Venice Pizza to anybody who loves top notch Italian food!

My boyfriend and I ordered $40 worth of food from this place. When we got the food we were extremely upset because the amount of food we got was not worth $40. He ordered the $11 lasagna and the kid's ravioli had more on their plates!!! The amount of food he and I got should be on a lunch menu. He called them and told them how upset we were that we spent $40 on dinner and what we got wasn't worth that. They didn't care. They didn't offer to comp anything...they didn't offer us a coupon for our next order....they didn't even apologize for a single thing. The food was OK....I was disappointed at the salad because there was absolutely nothing Italian about it. I could have made the same iceberg lettuce salad in my own kitchen if that's what I wanted. We will never eat here again....the prices are way too high for the amount of food you get and more importantly, the customer service is the worst I've experienced especially from an Italian restaurant...Italians get very upset with the staff when a customer is not happy...I know people who own an Italian restaurant. There's nothing Italian about this place but possibly the name. I would not tell anybody to go here...just another crappy place that doesn't care about the customer.

We have lived here for years and the food here is consistently great. The prices are very reasonable, the ingredients are fresh and we have never had a bad order. I would recommend this place to everyone.
