Quick N Clean Car Wash Inc

I have an UNLIMITED membership for both of my vehicles and have been extremely happy with the service I get when using this car wash. Today however I had an issue and the owner was exceptionally rude and not helpful at all. After going through the wash and inspecting my vehicle which I do every day, I noticed 3 scratches from the headlight all the way to the taillight. I approached the owner about it before leaving the facility to which he immediately said "That didn't happen here". Not happy, I went home and looked at my other vehicle and it too had the same scratches down the same side. I brought it back to show the owner and he told me the same thing about that car.
BUYER BEWARE!!!! THE UNLIMITED IS NOT UNLIMITED AND WHEN YOU HAVE AN ISSUE THE OWNER DENIES ANY RESPONSIBILITY!!

Love the fact I can get 3-4 good washes per month for like $25.00. DONT love the fact that their employees can have their car in the tunnel at 4:45 and tell me they are closed as he runs his car thru before he leaves. Weekdays they should be open later until at least 7 during the Spring thru Fall. The owner have great service when their system double charged my existing account. Called me personally to let me know he took care of it.

Excellent car wash, but very poor service. They frequently close early even in good weather. They offer unlimited wash packages but 3 out of the last 4 times I tried to go they were closed during their regular business hours (which are already inconvenient in the first place) I understand being closed in bad weather, but that was not the case. The guy they having running the place during the week could care less. If this company gets their act together I'll stick with them, otherwise I'll find other options. It's a shame since they have an excellent car wash.

I have a "UNLIMITED CAR WASH PASS" Which by definition by is not "UNLIMITED" because you can only go two times a day.... WHAT???? NOT that I would want to go more than twice, but I pay $35.00 per month and I barely go there..... today, the car wash was broken and because I went through the "GATE" twice, they wouldn't wash my car even though I pay for "UNLIMITED" car washes... and spoke to the owner and he was very rude. I believe I may be following up with this business.... I will be contacting my CC company and telling all customers around that they're really not paying for UNLIMITED car washes either...
