PNC Bank-ATM

The doctors in this practice are amazing but unfortunately; the office staff is horrible. I arrived 5 minutes late to an appointment for my three month old (he was hardly eating or sleeping) and was told I had to reschedule. They should understand that it is not easy to round up a 3 month old and 22 month old. As I entered the building completely exhausted and flustered the woman at the front desk argued with me and told me I was 7 minutes late and not 5 minutes. At this point I was at tears from exhaustion and frustration. The office manager of this practice brought me back to one of the exam room and told me these were their policies and that Dr. Miller was very busy and I would have to reschedule. Obviously they are trying to see too many patients/children in one day if 5 minutes makes that big of a difference. At that point I requested the transcripts for my two children and the same rude woman at the front desk told me by law that they had 30 days to get them to me. She was very confrontational, not a very pleasant person for the first and last person you see in the practice. Unfortunately I would not recommend this practice to anyone because obviosly the docs let this go on. The office manager was very demeaning and she was hired by the docs.
