Natura Lawn Of America

We were looking for a natural lawn care solution for our new 2.3 acre lawn that was filled with weeds. We hated to use any herbicide, but thought that NaturaLawn was a good choice. About 3-4 days after our lawn was sprayed all of our large pine trees (about 20) had dead patches of branches on the bottom 2-3 feet of the tree. It was obvious that the spray got onto the tree branches and killed the outer part of the branches. It was a windy day when the application occured. We were never told that there was a possibility that this could happen.



It is now 3 weeks after and the weeds are indeed gone from our lawn, but the lawn doesn't look very "greened" up. We did have a lot of rain for 2 days after the application, but there is no guarantee that they will come back and spray again if it rains in the first 24-48 hours like the regular chemical companies. I think that the application had enough time to kill the weeds, but the fertilizer was washed away.



I called NauraLawn of Milwaukee and the owner wasn't very kind or sincerely apologizing. He seemed annoyed. I don't have time to go out and clip 20 pine trees and I told him that either he needed to do so or refund us the amount to pay a landscape company to come and do it. He said that he would do it, and didn't seem too professional about it. I expected a sincere apology and for him to offer to come out and take care of it. It wasn't a very professional response, but he said that he would be out "sometime next week". I am worried that the trees may look funny, however, as pine trees are supposed to be wider at the bottom than the top.
