Modern Art Chair Cover & Linen Rental

I loved loved working with Heather she was an absolute doll. This was the first vendor my husband and I went to and actually gave a deposit on our first appt. . The chaircovers were a heavy matte satin and in great condition the seams were perfectly lined. I don't even know what to say say about their large selection of linens it was just like being in a fabric store I was so overwhelmed . During our appt. lots of known florists were their to pick up their orders and from there on I knew I was in the right place. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful . My coordinator was so happy to work with them that she now only recommends them.Everything was clean and pressed and the chargers were all so clean that even the hall was impressed. Kudos to Heather at Modern Art she simply made our day one less thing to worry about.

I have a hard time beleiving that modern art ruined your day because

when our day came everything was just beautiful cleaned,pressed and

exactly what we ordered we were not there at the time of set up but we were told between 10:00am and 1:00 pm and everything was done by 12:00 pm so i scheduled my florist and cake lady to show up at 1:00pm . Modern art was referred to me by 2 other friends of mine which i attended both weddings before mine and they were just as beautiful . my florist Breath of Spring also referred them to us because they have such an overwhelming selection for half the price you would pay at another rental company thumbs up to Modern Art Chaircovers and Linen.

Do not use their services!: Modern Art Chair Cover & Linen Rentals��� service didn���t meet the customer satisfaction. I rented their chair covers and table linens for my wedding. Their delivery and set up team were almost 2 hours late when the company is located only 1 mile away from the reception site (the reason why I hired them in the first place). The company has our cell phone numbers and the ceremony/reception site���s phone number on record. Any one from their company could have called us the moment they got lost. Instead, we had to call their company numerous times. (They have 3 different phone numbers listed on their web site and contract, but when we called, all 3 numbers went straight to the answer machines). We eventually reached them and found out that they got lost, which none of us believe. I don't live in the city that I work at. But, I still know the area within 5 or 6 miles radius pretty well. How can���t they not know where 9 Mile Rd. in Ferndale is when the company is located on 8 Mile Rd., Ferndale?



When Modern Art Chair Cover & Linen Rentals finally arrived, they only sent two staff. Two people to set up both the ceremony and reception sites in less than 1 hour!!??



Worst of all, none of them knew what needed to be done. We spent time and discussed what we wanted our ceremony/reception site to look like previously with the owner of the company when we paid the balance and signed the contract. She told us they are ���professionals��� and will handle everything. Obviously, there���s no internal communications at the company. Not only we needed to explain everything all over again with their delivery and set up team (when they were late and we were running out of time), due to the time restrain, my bridesmaids had to help their staff setting up, too. Then, why should we pay them extra fees to set up and tear down?



In a hurry, the pins they used for the tablecloths were all over outside the linens. Isn���t there a safety procedure? What happens if one of the pins cut my guests? We had to ask their staff to redo them all over again.



The tardiness of their delivery and set up team left us no time to set up centerpieces, wedding cake and dinnerware. The flower company and baker had to wait around for Modern Art Chair Cover & Linen Rentals to finish their jobs because without table linens and chair covers, none of us could do anything else. Eventually, the flower company couldn���t wait any longer and left. Our ceremony started much later than originally scheduled because my own people had to pick up Modern Art Chair Cover & Linen Rentals��� slack. Everything was pushed back because of Modern Art Chair Cover & Linen Rentals��� horrible services. Their lousy services almost ruined our wedding. I want to warm any prospect couples not to hire them for your chair, chair cover and linen rentals. Don���t let them destroy your special day, which you spent so much time, money and effort for. I don't want the same situation happens to you. It's one of the most important days in your life. I regretted ever hired them.
