Kathy is the founder of Gleason Claims and began her claims career in 1989 as one of the original employees of a fledgling insurance company in Michigan, where she rose through the ranks to become Director of Claims. She enjoyed the challenges of working in a start - up company and the opportunity it afforded to learn all aspects of auto insurance and management in a fast paced growth market, where she put together a talented and goal oriented team and established the sound claim practices that enabled the new company to grow to become the largest non-standard insurer in Michigan. It is because of that entrepreneurial spirit that Gleason Claims was formed.
