Engel Air Conditioning & Heating

Used the company to replace an oil boiler with a natural gas. The work was satisfactory, but there were problems, which were addressed. Additional issues arose after only 3 years, but the company avoided replacing the parts providing a misleading and inadequate diagnosis. When the problem finally had to be addressed (the boiler completely failed after a total of 6+ years), the company stated the part was no longer under warranty as it was past 5 years. In addition, the cost they quoted for the part was more than double that found from multiple online, authorized part distributors. The actions of this company may be considered fraudulent and customers should be cautious.

I had Engel install anew heating and cooling system in my home and they did a great job. Showed me all different options for tax credits and rebates. I saved alot with their knowledgeable staff. I had a Trane system installed.
