Don Giovanni's Classic Bakery

absolutely deplorable customer service! The owners are so incredibly rude and disrespectful they clearly don't care if customers return. They ruined a work luncheon today. they delivered a pre-ordered (by 2 days) and pre-paid food order over an hour past the time requested (for an hour long luncheon). i called twice regarding the missing food and they lied to me telling me it was on the way. they are only located 5 minutes from my workplace. when i explained the the luncheon was over and i no longer needed the food, as everyone had already returned to work they took attitude with me for "not understanding human error". They never once offered an apology or attempted to rectify the situation in any way. I requested my money back and the owner actually hung up on me!

THIS IS A FIVE STAR BAKERY !!!!!!! I ordered a Strawberry Cheescake for my family to start the Holidays and they said it was the BEST CHEESCAKE ever !!! I don't care what other reviews say...I received the utmost respect from the employees and I want to shout out and say "Thank you so much for making my Holiday Season gift PERFECT, PLEASANT and DELICIOUS !!! Those of you who have negative things to say need to understand that this bakery is very busy making wonderful food and it sounds as if you all need to check your own behavior !!!! Went in for a pizza and a pie and turned right around and left. There is something shady going on at this place. the owner who has gray hair was kissing on and putting his hands all over his young female employees. These girls didin't look like they were out of high school. When I tried to ask about a future order, I was basically ignored. Maybe this don guy needs to open a different business, like a brothel cause the place was gross.

Excellent pizzas and really good tomato pies. Try one with eggplant. Lots of yummy looking pastries/baked goods also.
