McLamb's Auto Salvage

Called these gentlemen about a particular rim that they had in stock which was listed for $100. I believe I spoke with Lynn(?) who informed me that it was $100 if I traded in the old rim as part of the deal. I asked him if their prices were negotiable as I had found the exact rim online at autorimshop for $114 brand new (with free shipping). His response was no, they do not negotiate prices. I was then repeatedly informed that I had not actually found the part for $114 as they are $400 each new. I tried to explain that I was staring at the website and even offered to come in and show them. He wasn't hearing me and had all the answers already. Well guess what McLambs, that was two days ago and I just got my brand new $114 rim in the mail. I can only imagine the increase you would see in business if you focused a little more on customer service and eased up a little with the "know it all" non-negotiable approach!
