Gel Nails & Spa

Tech doing pedicure used a purple loofah type brush so hard she scrubbed the skin right off my foot by the toe. It was very painful and bleeding and she then put alcohol on it, and I nearly went through the roof. Manicure was done so poorly that I had to go to another salon to have them fix it. When I went back to show the owner two days later how my foot looked with the injury scanning and do painful that I couldn't even wear a shoe, she didn't seem to care. Wouldn't stand up and look, just kept working on a customers nails. I was upset at that point and left because the owner would not address the situation. I wanted to show her so others would not go through the pain I was. Customer service is lacking here, and I have tried to go to this salon several times. One girl tries to tell me that I bite my nails, but I don't. It has a drama feel as if they think they know everything. I will not be going back, and it's the most expensive place. I also has gel nails removed and they did such a bad job. Nails had gel on them still for weeks until it grew out. Usually they soak them, but they used tools and a file...it was painful and this has never happened at any other salon I have ever been to.

Gel Nails are fabulous!!! I had my nails done nationally and internationally. I have never seen anyone do Gel Nails that look natural, professional and very elegant!! Mimi is awesome with a salon that is clean, relaxing and most importantly professional. Customer service is above and beyond. Being new to Fayetteville, Mimi stayed on the telephone to guide me to the salon and greeted me very professionally. I was skeptical about the whole gel nail process, but she has perfected an art that others try to use and she presents a master piece!!!!! Please try her once and you will return.

WONDERFUL!!! First off I would like to thank Mimi for the awesome job she does. I've been going to Mimi for a few years when she was working at Millenia. After Mimi had left there the owner of Millenia was bashing her really bad,saying the meanest things about her (of course, only because she lost her BEST employee). I know she tells everyone these things and thats why I'm letting it be known on here. Dont feed into the bs and drama the owner of Millenia is bringing. None of it is true. As a long time customer I know and I'm so happy for Mimi for atsrting her own business. She will be very successful because she is simply the BEST

I've been going to Mimi for a little over a year now and she's great! She gives the best pedicure in town by far!! And if u want gel nails done right this is the place to go! I love the atmosphere its very relaxing and laid back, and most important it's very clean! The technicians are all very welcoming and help to make your relaxing/ pampering day a great experience! :-)

I have neen to a few nail salons in fayetteville and this one is by far my favorite Mimi and Kelly are phenomenal at what they do and i wouldn't recommend going anywhere else in town... everything about this salon is great the people and environment is top notch... I will absolutely be returning weekly and can't wait until my next visit!!!!! LOVE IT

I want to thank Mimi for an outstanding job. My nails and toes look fantastic. And my eyebrows look absolutely awesome. I have been to pretty much every nail salon in Fayetteville but this one is by far THE BEST. The salon is super clean and very very relaxing. The technicians are very friendly and accomodating.
