Forum Nails

I am from out of town, and visiting so treated my daughter-in-law and granddaughter, when we were told no appointment necessary, no one waiting we headed out. Arrived and we were rushed picked out polish color, they ended up using wrong color on both of us, then left polish on skin, and in my opinion was expensive for that. Won't return.

This is the nascar pit stop of nail salons. Their motto is literally "wham bam thank ya ma'am." My pedicure was less than thirty minutes and they time the massage portion. 4 minutes with an egg timer...you have to be joking. Then, when it came time to pay they asked me to use an ATM instead of running my card. Luckily the ATM fee is only .99 so it wasn't that bad...just highly unprofessional. There were handwritten signs everywhere that said "cash encouraged, but I never thought I'd be asked to use an ATM to pull out cash. Ridiculous. Unprofessional and not worth your money.

WOW...this is an amazing Nail Salon...best I've been to throughout many states.....service is great...salon is clean....and prices are fair! Highly reccomend to everyone who asks me for a referral :)

I absolutely love this place! Their pedicures are the best I have ever had. The chairs are soooo comfortable, they have televisions & music set up for our entertainment, & the overall look of the salon is very appealing. The treatments they have and the "technologies" (I guess you could say) they have are great. They have great manicurists who are very friendly. They offer a wide variety of styles, powders, & designs. It is always very clean and I feel like a family member after having gone so many times. They know who I am as soon as I walk in the door & keep good conversation. I would recommend this place to anyone & everyone. :)

I'm ashamed I gave them a second chance. The only thing worse than their customer service is the quality of their work. Easily the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever received.. TWICE. Nails have little bubbles in them, brown/discolored, CROOKED, and chipped before I even left the building. I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

I love going to forum nails. I have been going since the day they opened. I like how they are so friendly and serves you drinks while you are relaxing and getting your treatment. BEST nail place I have been to. I go every two weeks and will continue to go. They do great waxing also.

I had called that morning to make an appointment, the lady on the phone told me I didn't need one I could just come in. I got there about 30 minutes later and she told me it would be a 10 minute wait which wasn't too bad. At that time there were 4 people getting pedis and one person getting their nails done. After 15 minutes of waiting and four more people who came in to get pedis and was able to go back there and get them I asked the lady how much longer. She said 10 minutes. I sat there over an hour before they did my nails. And it was the worst service ever!!! They took off my old gel nails and was very rough about it. It was the most painful experience I've had getting gel nails taken off and I've had gel nails for over a year. They cut my nails too short and put the tips on crooked. I wanted a pink gel because when they ripped my old nails off it left white spots on my nails and I needed pink gel instead of clear to cover them up. But they told me that I couldn't get pink that I had to wait till next time. And once they had dried you could see different types of debris through the clear gel and on the tips, which they did not paint. Overall it was the worst experience I received and when I said something about it the didn't even discount me. I will not be going there again and any one looking for a good set of gel nails DO NOT TO THERE!!!
