Fayetteville VA Medical Center - U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

This hospital is no good. Once again hubby( who is a veteran) and me and come here. Today we just wanted to get some information on tricare(who send is there) but NO ONE wanted to help, and yes I say they didn't want to help. They been rude and disrespectful, one lady didn't even let my husband finish talking. They send us from desk to desk and still no one wanted to help or try. We dealing with this va since years now and it's just getting worse. You get the feeling the employees choose the wrong job. Also this hospital was all over the news not to long ago, but they still haven't change their ways. Just so disappointing. If you want to be handled rude at its finest this is the place to go! I hope va hospital is proud of themselves !!!!
