They don’t treat these animals with the same courtesy once they’re taken behind close doors. Our puppy was mistreated and injured. But they thought they could just not mention it because “he’s a puppy, and they’re over dramatic” But when we bring him home at 5months old and not only does he have a limp now he wouldn’t let us come near him with out yelping and screaming like we were going to beat him?! You can imagine how disheartening that was. We call them and that’s when they let us know he was being agressive so they called in more hands to pin him down and administer his shots. And that he needs obedience school.. They don’t know how to handle these animals and they don’t seem to care

They refused to release vaccination records for my dog over a $35 no show fee, and we found this out when we took our dog in for a life or death emergency. They had our phone numbers, email, and address and this was the first we've heard of it. So, pretty contradictory to animal welfare if they'll refuse to release records that could save my dogs life over something so small. This place is awful and I would never bring my dog here again.

Dr. Reed saved my cat's life! I was working out of town and my cat was being treated for a hyper-thyroid and started vomiting, and losing even more weight than he had already. Dr. Reed, his wife, and team took excellent care of my cat and found an issue with his liver. He started my cat on an IV, stabilized him, got him on the right meds, and in 5 days Baby gained back the 2 lbs he had lost. I thought at one point I was going to have to put my cat down, but Dr. Reed assured me that he had seen other cats "turn around". He treated my cat with the utmost care, even following up with him after we left.

When I first met Dr. Reed, I was relieved when I learned his background, and just sensed his sincere commitment and care of animals, and I knew my cat was in the best hands possible. I was right. My cat is doing great, has gained back even more muscle and gained his strength back. At one point my cat was almost skeletal. But this Dr. saved my cat's life. I highly recommend this place. One of the best I've ever been to. Thank you Cross Creek! You truly treat your clients' pets as family!

The staff at Cross Creek are some of the most caring and friendly doctors that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I didn't think that my dog was going to last much longer after 12 long years of living but sure enough they were able to nurse him back to health and he is happier than ever thanks to the staff!

Since I started taking my Chewy there I didn't think he would make it much longer (he is 12yrs. Old). These people cared about me and my baby from the get go.
