Not true and very unfair, ALL patients who use a promotional coupon get a consultation, all physical exams and 2 x-rays free to establish their diagnosis and care plan. They are then told any further cost before they agree to start care. Any insurance is then verified and coverage is relayed to the patient. The patient is never assured of coverage because insurance companies sometimes doesn’t cover what they agree to. We have all patients sign a statement stating they understand that fact. If it does happen (which isn’t common) we discount all fees which have not already been discount by 40%. In this case with the coupon and later discount on visits her cost was reduced by 50% from our regular pricing. This person’s complaint should have been with her insurance company. We are always fair, honest, and up front when doing business with our patients.
