My work takes me from Los Angeles CA to locations all over the country - Louisiana, Illinois, Utah, North Carolina, Georgia - and so in the course of any given year I may train in three or four different gyms in as many different cities. I have been training routinely for about eight or ten years and in that time have never made as much progress (without injuries!) as I did in the nine months that I trained with Ricky Moore at AFC. Compared to a major chain gym or super-pricey boutique place AFC may not look spectacular but it's the results that come home with you, not the decor - and following Ricky's program yields -results-. You will work very hard but it will be worth it: Ricky is stern but encouraging and supportive and tailors his program to trainees' individual capacities and goals. I wish that I could have stayed longer in the area to train with him, or (my wife's suggestion) get him to move to California so as to train with him there. Of all the gyms and trainers with whom I have worked, when it comes to the knowledge and guidance that translates to results Ricky leads the pack.
