I'm a customer who just returned a 10# box of unsanded grout I needed sanded grout The person behind the counter told me the box of grout was lite He opened it and said it was I personally did not need to open the box since I have another one The area in grouting is 36 sq feet It's suppose to cover 43.36 as per my install I told him that I didn't open but he insisted that the box was lite He also did this n front of other customers I think it was done in poor judgement and as a customer I'll never go back there ever again I know lots of people who go there and will spread this story to them Lost customer

I never used them or anything, but I would like to make a comment. I see someone complained about returning tiles and the company NOT accepting them: "Well, this is not Home Depot! First of all, they should make it clear that there are no refunds/returns. If they didn't then they were wrong. Companies cannot lose out because you made a mistake with ordering too many tiles or for whatever reason. That's their loss. I use to work in a tile place and we were not allowed to accept tiles back as we never stocked them. Everything was on order, so it was not fair for us to get stuck with unwanted tiles. I did accept (1) box only once as a courtesy, it was one box and I figured, I would actually use them in the showroom. You're being a little unfair! and unrealistic! You're knocking this company down over nonsense.

This company will give you a lot of trouble when you try to return the un-used portion of the tiles. They are very quick to declare things "special order" and refuse to exchange or take them back. All smiles disappear then!

They sold me more tiles than I needed because they claimed each box contained less then the actual amount. Then they refused to take back the unused unopened box of tiles. I had to report them to BBB. The manager's comment was to "go ahead and waste your time".
