Plaza Tire Service

Great service today, got an inspection and they reminded me I could use some new wiper blades. No one else in town could do an inspection this week, but these guys made it happen. Hassle free experience!

The guys that work there are very nice but I’ve begun to lose faith in their ability to know what they’re doing this is the second time I’ve had a vehicle in there and had to take it back because they forgot to do something. The first time was a Ford edge I took it in for an oil change and a tire rotation and they forgot to rotate the tires after I had paid for it. This time I took it in for an oil change a full set of tires and a alignment and I had to take it back because the car was pulling to the right and the gauges were saying that I had low tire pressure. I’m not sure I will go back in the future.

The work that was done seems to have been done correctly. However, there was very little communication and they left my window completely open during a torrential down pour and completely flooded the inside of the cab which still smells like wet socks and baby poop. The baby poop may be from the baby. But the wet socks smell is definitely from the rain. In all seriousness when I noticed the window open and it still raining I promptly alerted the staff which was meet with blank stares. Then when I asked for the keys they acted like I was going to take off and not pay. I then had to run through the pounding rain and get in my truck and close the window and try to dry it the best I could. It didn't leave with a very good impression and I probably wont return

Absolutely love this place. I have been going here for yrs. They have always taken care my car needs. Knowledgeable and friendly! They stay busy so u may have a wait but it's worth it for good service u can trust.

You ought to be able to go in for an oil change without going through a sales pitch for needing your engine replaced. Exaggeration. But not much. The guys up at Festus tell you what you need to get done when you can and when you need to. They don't spend your money for you. These guys at Farmington are relentless. Only go there in an emergency when your time is cheap because they are in no hurry. I can only imagine they stay in business because Plaza is a good brand to bring in business. Can't imagine they help to build the brand.

I've been a plaza tire fan forever. I love the one in Ste. Genevieve, Park Hills, and Desloge, however, the one in Farmington is the slowest and has the worst customer service. It's the only oil change place that is open at 0730, but when you sit until 0900 waiting for them to even take your care back, it's not even worth it. There are usually an array of men standing at the front counter laughing and joking. 2.5 hours of sitting in their lobby is way too long for an oil change and inspection, especially with a place that claims they are the home of the "quick change ".

I just wanted to let everyone know to watch what you buy from this store. I have been a customer for several years by buying tires, brakes, and other maintenance. I recently purchased 4 new tires (Eco Saver) for our Jeep. Within a few months one of the tires had the tread separate from the tire. It came apart as if the tire had been recapped like a semi tire. I went in the store and asked the guy at the front desk if he would look at the tire. At first he stated no because they closed in 10 minutes. When he did look at it he said he had never seen one split apart like that. They were no help other than trying to push another $125 tire off on me. Very disappointed that they would not stand behind their product.

I had a transmission put in at the dealer a week before I had my oil changed at plaza tire, during this visit they recommended a transmission flush even though I had new fluid. Along with four other flushes that had been done 10,000 miles prior to my visit. Not to mention I was there for 3 hours even though I was told 1 hour.
