Simple Mortgage

To all. Sadly, Mike T who wrote the above review was never a client. I was a client of Mikes. Mike claimed to be a VP of a advertising firm that could help my newly hired loan officers with leades. I paid him $998 in Oct 2017 and he went mia for months due to what he said was a family illness. After a month, still nothing. Come to find out, he was not who he said he was. His company does not exist, his address to the company is someone else’s company. He made promises he could not keep and lied to all of us including my father over an over again.

We have contacted our lawyers as well as Pam Bondi, Fl attorney general whos office is pursuing locating Mr. Thomas as he is not licensed to do business in FL where he claims he is located.

It’s sad that people can’t work hard for a living but rather spends time taking others money and lying about everything.
