        Be very careful with this company. They will come highly recommended, but they don’t return phone calls, they only email. They get annoyed with questions. They “no showed” on us over three times, after my husband took the day off work. Made many mistakes and ultimately left the job unfinished. I’ve lived with spacers in my Tile for over 8 months until I could find another contractor to come out and finish the job.

        Disgustingly HORRIBLE consideration for the customers time. DOES NOT keep scheduled appt times

        An appointment was scheduled while the Supervisor was still in my driveway after agreeing to a date and time. On the date of the appointment, nobody showed after about 30 mins.. so i called (appt time was 9 am) and the quote was "The earliest John can be there is between 10:30 and 11"... they didnt give a courtesy call stating they were running late or anything.. I reitterated my appt time was agreed upon with the surpervisor and the only response was that he could get here by 10 or I'd have to reschedule.... EXCUSE ME... completely unacceptable... sont mess with these jerks.. not worth it, unless you dont care about people screwing with YOUR schedule
