        Dr. Hochman, you look the same even with a beard. It has been many years since I have seen you. You have always remained a very important and special person in my life. I first knew you in your residency and followed you to your first practice. There has never been a more caring person when it came to your patients. I want to thank you again for coming to my wedding forty-nine years ago. It was a profound honor to know you!
