Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Felt taken advantage of, had a leak on the drain line, they fixed the line on the first floor which cost $1300. Same line started leaking on the 2nd floor. Tech said the work was guaranteed. Btw, he bragged it wouldn’t leak again.Nope!, now they want $500 more to fix the new leak on the SAME line. Tried telling me it’s a different line and rerouted my calls from one person to the next. Once they cashed the first check, they were done with me

They came as discussed they were well dressed professional and explained everything up front. No hidden costs and the job was done quick and clean. Also it had a 6 month warranty which is a great piece of mind.

We had a severe leak in our water heater and our technician Matt #470 is knowledgeable, kind, and replaced it the next day. You rock Matt. I have been a loyal customer and will remain one. 5 stars all the way!

Bill came within the specified time although it was dark on the eve of Christmas eve and took care to make sure all clogs were completely free and clear. Service was friendly and professional. If only everyone went the extra mile like Bill did today!

Ever since Roto-Rooter got into the plumbing business, I have used them. I heard about this group via the regular Roto-Rooter. They offered a special promotion at the time. I only wish I had money so I could have had all of my plumbing work done. It's years to accomplish this. What I like about the company is that they hire professionals. These individuals are highly skilled and they know their jobs. You will want to have them doing your plumbing work as opposed to taking a chance with others. Do consider using Roto-Rooter for all of your plumbing needs. I had Alex and he did a great job fixing our runny toilet and replacing the faucet, the hot and cold ones also for the bathroom sink. I'm very pleased with the work he did. I have been using Roto-Rooter ever since we moved to Queens in 1984. That's a long time to be using one company. Most do not survive the test of time. Roto-Rooter Plumbing does. Use them and not the many imitators out there. When they come, they will provide a detailed explanation of your situation. They will also provide how much it will cost to make the repairs. it's that simple and efficient! Roto-Rooter is the best!

With a house full of company, including overnight guests, and a potty-training child, the last thing we needed was a back-up in the main sewer line on the day of my sons birthday party. Josh#348 was terrific. He was professional and got the job done. Thank you Roto-Rooter.

As a precaution I generally look at my sewer trap regularly. This morning 3/29/2015 I noticed it had filled with water. I could have called a cheap sewer service but decided to call Roto-Rooter since I had excellent results in the past. I immediately called and on a Sunday morning they had a guy out within 1 hour who confirmed the problem, and snaked my drain clear. I was also concerned that there might be an issue with my sewer trap but I was advised that it appears to be OK. While you may pay less with another service don't take a chance: I suggest you pay a bit more and get a first-rate job done unless you want to call that other service back out to redo the job. As the saying goes, penny-wise pound-foolish. As usual, Roto-Rooter did a 1st rate job.

Roto-Rooter came to my house on 01/30/15. The main drain for the kitchen sink is a very long run to the cesspool. Richie was very neat and careful in clearing the old pipes in my house. The house in over 90yrs old. He was able to clear the run where it flushes in a real quick manner. I appreciated his neat, careful work ethic. It was great being able to make the appointment on line and select the date and time. The technician called in the morning giving me a heads up so I was ready when he came. He was great with my dogs too!
