German Auto Repairs

Greg is an outright crook. He quotes one price (consistent with other shops) and then quotes a completely different price after he "diagnoses" the problem. (the trouble is, he never did do any diagnosis. The problem and fix was obvious.) When I said no thanks to the updated quote, he threatened that he would charge a $100 fee for the time he put into my car.
I'm not surprised by the time he claim, because he let me know about four other problems my car had, that I had not even asked him to look at.
When I tried to discuss the issue with him, he became verbally abusive. I frankly did not feel safe continuing any discussions with him (as a matter of fact, I don' feel entirely safe after having posted this about him)
Yoyu have been forewarned. DO NOT do business with this person!

Great service and reasonable rates. Very professional and skilled. After going to about 6 mechanics and paying endless diagnostic fees without resolving the issue, Greg at German Auto Repairs was able to fully diagnose and solve the problem. Greg was very professional, knowledgeable, and even better than some dealerships i have worked with. I cannot say enough good things about this repair shop. It is a "hidden gem" and highly recommended.
