All I can say is WOW! How do they stay in business. I stopped in this place twice because it is very close to my house. Both times what a waste of my time. First time I needed a prop thrust washer for a Mercury outboard. The lady had no idea what that was. I had a part number and everything. I've been boating for 30 years, I can't imagine how they stay in business. They have one rack with a bunch of dusty boxes with bilge pumps and a few fuel filters and some oil. It appears that's all they even try to stock. But they sell high end Chapparal boats and it appears they are a large full service facility. Today I was just looking for a 1004 stern light bulb and a few 8 gauge wire loop ends. Again the lady was like "we wouldn't have that". I said how can you run a service shop and not have these basic items in stock???" She referred me to a thin guy in his 50s with gray hair. I described and told him the bulb and number. He didn't seem familiar. I mean this is the most common stern light bulb there is. I told him that and he called me an a$$hole. Way to treat your potential customers. Only reason I went back after last time I was there is cause it was on my way and I figured they must have a stern light bulb. I mean it appears the extent of the service they do must be shrink wrap paint bottoms and launch for people. I can't even believe they do that I mean what if someone had an outdrive that required a special screwdriver to remove the gear oil plug. Wow. Don't waste your time at this place.
