Overall the experience was good. Can do better by a basic cleaning at the end of service. Otherwise - like the communication!

Learned about them from my sons who have VWs. They are honest, meet their commitments, do not add on pricey extras, and helpful. I never go to the Audi dealer any more I only go to VolksWerks.

Volkswerks provides very thorough service for my car with no run around and no pushing extra services that are not needed. They also provide a free loaner car when I need it. I would recommend them to any VW or Audi owner.

Car was diagnosed having likely bad CatConv. Light came back on shortly after picking car up. Contacted Volkswerks both by email and phone without ever getting a return call.
