I am in love with this office! I was greeted by Jocelin who had a smile on her face and was very polite, then I was taken back by Nadia who was so nice and made this appointment go by quick, I then had all three of my boys in the back Julian is my crier but today he got Eva who did an amazing job and managed to get him to stop crying. Then when I went to check out Emily helped me scheduled my appointments and was very sweet and nice. Over all a great experience. These ladies work hard and do a great job they should all get a raise!

We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Kool Smiles. My grandson used to HATE going to the dentist. Now he looks forward to it. He is in the process of getting braces and the entire staff has been helpful and supportive. I was especially impressed with Nini, one of the ortho assistants. My grandson had to have a dental expander and we were required to "turn" the little screw daily. Initially I was very intimidated by the process. Nini gave me special instructions and helped me practice with a model. She was very encouraging. Whenever I had a concern and called the office, she took my call immediately and gave me excellent advice.

Came in at 12:30 for my 1:00 pm appointment, got called in at 1:02pm, left the dentist at 1:36pm. Fast service, very knowledgeable and pleasant to kids. Dr. Abraham treated my little 4 year old a princess. Mekedes did a good job at cleaning her teeth and Nadia for explaining today's visit procedure. Keep it up Kool Smiles!

Very cool experience! Everyone from Ana, Dr. Matias, Nadia, and Troy! VERY FRIENDLY AND FAST. Awesome.

The staff is very friendly. Troy and Jocelyn were awesome. Dr.matias did an excellent job along with Candy.

It's good experience, when we go there my kids enjoy a lot, my kids happy to go there. There doctors and all crew members are very friendly..

We travel from Maryland to come to this Kool Smiles! My 5yr old loves going here. He has had a lot of dental work done ( he has soft teeth) and you'd think he wouldn't want to go but he gets excited every time. The dentist is so friendly and checks in with him all during a procedure to make sure he is doing ok, comfortable and not in any pain. The work done on his teeth was great and we will definitely be back for cleanings!

The receptionist there greated me when I first came in the door. I was 20 minutes early because I wanted my son to play in the play area. My appointment was at 2 pm, they called us right on time. Very friendly staff. Very clean place. They are all friendly there. My son cried the whole time during his cleaning because he was sick, but they were calm and patient with him. I would highly recommend this dentist to all my friends with kids....

The wait time is ridiculous!!! We waited 40 minutes to be called and then another 30 minutes to be seen by anyone. This was a simple cleaning/checkup. Then we were told that a certain procedure would not have any special instructions, only to find out that my child could not eat certain things for 4 days. Unbelievable!!!

Waste of time, will not return. The short time that my child is actually with the dentist and assistants, everything is great but I first waited 1 hour and 30 minutes after my appointment time for us to be seen. We waited for 1 hour in the waiting room and then they called us back and she waited in the chair for 30 more minutes before we were seen. A simple cleaning and check up should take no longer than 30 minutes and were there for over 2 hours. This was of course AFTER the receptionists had my appointment time wrong and tried to tell me that I was wrong. Awful. Will not return.

I come to this clinic just because my daughter feel good with doctor ���� Matias he is very nice with kids not just my daughter , other wise they always keeps you wait at least one hour and they keeps you waiting until they send a doctor to check or a doctor come and check then leave the patient and went to another patient. And keep waiting I never went went and finished with one hour always two or more. And it's very tired for me with a little baby ���� waiting with the father while am waiting with the oldest daughter. Beside they always pronounce the names wrong and the receptionist speaks Spanish without knowing if you are Spanish or not. Beside their accent hard to understand.

My daughter loves coming here for her cleaning, the staff is great with her too! No complains about that. This is the second time in months that I come and the play area is not working. They should keep that area working and in good shape ALWAYS, this is one of the reason kids want to come here in the first place!

My daughter was seeing by Dr Tiago Matías, after he put her the anesthesia my daughter was crying asking for water and ofcourse she was yelling, who likes needles? And he started yelling to my daughter " stop stop yelling if you want something just ask, but you need to stop this right now!!"

This pathetic person should know that he's dealing with kids my daughter is just 5 and if he doesn't like kids he shouldn't be working there anyways, I know for sure we are not coming back with him!!!
