I called A Formal Limousine for the first time and would be my last, after speaking with Tom. He was very rude and his attitude was very condescendent. I'm used to dealing with professionals and he was far from that.
If the owner of a business cannot treat people with respect and dignity, he or she has no business working with prospective customers. I would never call them again or recommend A-Formal Limousine.
We had a girls night out Saturday and this limo service was amazing! Especially the driver Dave! We utilized the limo all night! We had an awesome time and I would definitely use this limo again! That goes for all the girls!!! Thanks Dave!
The reviews for this place are what made me decide to call them first. I was looking for ideas for my daughter's birthday and wanted to get ideas of rates and options available and basically the person that answered the phone gave me an attitude and told me if I didn't have # of people and # of hours that he couldn't give me a rate. I had to then challenge him by questioning the fact that they didn't have hourly rates before he finally told me the hourly rates and options of # of people that fit in each. Totally turned off and won't be using them. I prefer honesty up front.

Provided by SuperpagesI do not recommend using A formal for a wedding. The driver would not leave the car running with the air conditioning on. Everytime we stopped somewhere he would roll down the windows and shut the car off. Also when taking pictures we were instructed to not put our hands on the car. Im not surprised they ask for a tip before because with that service they would get no tips.

Provided by SuperpagesHired them for my birthday party to Boston. I thought we were getting the Lincoln town car but Tom surprised us with the escalade! The inside was super clean and they had bags of ice and birthday decirations waiting for us. Our driver Don was awesome! He was very patient and picked us up from both locations on time! Would definitely use this company again!

The Rolls is beautiful. Made the wedding very special for the bride and groom. The stretch limos are super clean and in top condition. We couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of service.

Provided by SuperpagesI used the Rolls Royce Silver Cloud for my Newport wedding. It was so much fun the driver played Frank Sinatra on the HD radio. The car had 2 air conditioners front and rear a great thing for July. The driver had cold champagne ready. He also put out the red carpet and helped me with my dress all the way to the church and puffed it for me before I went down the aisle. Highly recommended!!
I have been a dedicated customer of A Formal Limousine service since the company was first started. The Quality, Cleanliness, Luxury, and Comfort of the vehicles are unsurpassed. The drivers always well dressed, Friendly, courteous and professional. Being a businessman I traveled a lot for business reasons. We booked them for a Girls Night Out to Newport and had a blast. I felt like they went above and beyond what we expected - plus the car looked brand new. If you really want your night to be special, you'll get it with A Formal. I also booked them for a friends birthday party and got the same great service - the driver even brought party hats for us - now that's above and beyond. My sister also used A Formal (which is how I heard about them) for her wedding. We would both recommend them for any occasion if you want great service at a great price.

Provided by SuperpagesI used to use a bigger company until I noticed I was being transported in cars that had not been cleaned after the last trip. Airport pickups were twice late and the driver's had no valid excuse. I searched for a smaller company that would maybe "try harder". Found it with A Formal. They are a family run business that prides itself on newer, exceptionally clean cars, great drivers and on-time service. Snacks and soft drinks are always provided too. If quality is important to you (at no increase in price), give A Formal Limosine a call for your next trip.
