        Overall

        Rent for small spaces is now $305.00 per month and will go up to $395.00 in October. This park is located next to a waste processing plant. Some sites don't get so much of the smell. Others are unbearable. Stay here if you can't find anywhere else but otherwise avoid.

        THE ONLY RV PARK IN PORTLAND FOR ME

        My husband and I have been staying here for the past 4 months and love it. Aside from being only 10 minutes away from the VA Veterans Hospital, the manager is a sweetheart and always has fresh baked cookies in her office :)

        Really clean community that definitely welcomes long term RV stays. The manager gave us 1 month 1/2 off and another whole month for Free.



        Great cable package and high speed wireless internet. Both are wonderful and free.



        Thank you Rolling Hills for understanding what we need when were away from home...
