I bought a set of heads for my 99 Ford Ranger from these guys last winter. Shipping was prompt and parts were received as advertised. I installed the heads on my truck. And I have put a little over 21,000 miles on the truck and it runs flawlessly. If I ever need any heads in the future, they will be my first call.

I have ordered and installed 4- 4 cylinder heads and 1 pair of 6 cylinder heads from this company, over the past 5 years, all are still in running cars on the road right now! They are fast with shipping and I have never had to claim warranty. Thanks for excellent quality work!

Purchased a pair of 1970 Chevrolet Corvette small block double-hump fuelie heads for my 1968 Corvette. Upon receiving them (excellent ship time of 4 days) I installed them into my vehicle. Just 5 minutes after starting my engine I heard pinging noise from one of the valve covers. I immediately shut down the engine. Upon removing the valve cover I found that 3 of the studs had worked loose and let the rocker arms fall off the push rods!! I was lucky that the push rods didn't get thrown through the covers and the hood of my car!!! I called them immediately and in speaking with them (Rob) I was given an apology and a promise to make it right. I had to pay the return shipping of both heads to them so they could repair them and send them back. I called them once the shipment showed as delivered. They refunded my shipping, but then argued that their warranty would not cover my expenses in tear down/build time or the parts / supplies required! I included them a "nice/polite" letter with the heads explaining what materials and parts I was having to replace due to the "BAD" product they delivered. They ultimately ended up sending me a gasket set, but did not include any other credit/parts. I then opened a dispute with my credit card company for only those items listed in the letter I sent them. I was not trying to take advantage of the situation at all, and didn't even include taxes. They ignored the dispute inquiry with my credit card, then sent me a letter in the mail stating they would be sending my info to collections (for $144.66). I'm now sending them another letter, after calling and not being able to get the owner, who sent the letter and bill, to take my phone call to discuss this poor service by his company. If I get a collections hit on my credit I will be suing them!

Sent me 1997 Saturn Cylinder Head and installed per factory specs. Camshaft dowel for cam sprocket broke on both cams. Blames me saying cam bolt was put on loose. Was put on with 75ft lbs torque. My friend who is a 20 year veteran mechanic said cam was bad and nothing I did caused the problem. Out $290.00. What is the point of a warranty if they blame any failures on installer. Sad. Have yours rebuilt at a local machine shop. i tried to save money and now costing me way more.

My 16 year old daughter bought a Honda head cylinder from these crooks.We got the head in and our mechanic put it one the car and it was a bad head that they did not even take the time to machine before sending out...They were rude and ugly on the phone to us.we had to have the head machined ourselves and pay for labor 2 times to have it put back on the car...my mechanic gave my daughter a little break on the labor.He was shocked that that J&C Enterprises would just send a head that was not machined or checked out first.
