        Zero stars if I could give it but I can’t. Jim did not set up my insurance payment correctly with my insurance company so when my home owners policy was due the company withdrew the payment from my bank account and not from my mortgage company. When it was brought to Jim’s attention it took over a month for the issue to be fixed with no help from Jim. They eventually stopped taking my calls or calling me back. I had to block my number when calling in order for them to pick up, and then Jim was always with a customer and never returned my call. FIND ANOTHER AGENT.
