The worst. Don't even bother. Press 1 to be hung up on. Press 2 to be told by a nurse they are aware of the issue (but don't care because it has been happening for months and months). Need an appointment...forget about it. Not gonna happen. The good news is they have a spiffy new website telling you it's all better now. #DontBelieveTheHype.

I did not really like that she would look in the ear, and say you need ears irrigated. She pushed the syringe to far, and once I screamed she said stop that, and hold still. She caused a lot of pain to my ears.

Doctor and nurse practitioners treat me very badly. They are like spoiled kids who try to make you feel badly about asking for help.

Do NOT go there, I was a patient of Dr. Wendy Soto for about 5 years and today I received a letter telling me that our patient/Dr relationship was over because I have had 3 no calls no shows. I was never made aware of this policy, no one at the front desk told me at my last visit that if I was a no call no show that I would be kicked out of their practice. I do not even remember what the 1st no call no show was, but the 2nd one I called and told them that I was stuck in traffic and I would be late, the receptionist made me aware that I could still come to my appointment however, there would be a chance that Dr. Soto would not be able to see me, so I told her that I would not be able to make it, and the 3rd no call no show was because I had a family emergency which was 2 days ago, and I have not been able to call them to reschedule it yet, had I been aware of such a policy I would have made a better attempt of contacting them. 5 years is a long time to be a patient somewhere and mind you I have to be seen by her every month for my medical issues, and for me to only miss 3 appointments is pretty acceptable to me, considering the hours upon hours that I have had to sit in the waiting room waiting to be seen by her because she fell behind, or the receptionist forgot to check me in and the nurse never came out to get me until I said something to them about sitting in the waiting room for 30 to 45 minutes. This staff is also very rude and short with you especially the front desk help. This might be a blessing in disguise actually, but it is the point of having to find a new Primary and getting all of the medical records transferred and building that relationship with your new Dr. What a pain - however, I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
