Universal Transportation

This company is great, I don't know what I would do if I didn't have them. They got me to my appointment on time & picked me up as scheduled on time. I am great full for this service. Thanks !

If I could give 0 stars I would. Today I was at Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati. I saw a UTS van across the street in the Kenwood Mall parking lot. I thought nothing of it. Almost an hour after of waiting for my patients ride I see the same van ride across the street and come to pick us up.. REALLY?! This place is terrible and they're never on time. My patients miss so many appointments they NEED because this place cannot get it together. And when you call to complain there's always an excuse why you can't talk to somebody. Not to mention they are ALL RUDE! 0 stars worst company in the world!!

These people make up there schedules as they go I think. When they have your child marked down as a certain time but yet they show up a hour later. Oh and you call and complain about it they will say oh the computers are down or telephone some excuse or if they say they'll call you back but they NEVER do!! This business is very unprofessional!!

I entered the office answer their ad. Rude customer service. Sue stated we only take applications between 9a - 3p, it was 4p. NO WHERE IN THE AD DID IT READ THAT!! I made a trip from Dayton to Fairfield for that. If this is how they treat customers or employees no wonder they need drivers immediately. The one star is for the young lady who did bother to get up and offer to assist me.

They have a driver that honks his horn in front of the apartment at 8:20 am EVERY morning Monday through Friday!!!!!!!

When I (as an employee of the rental office and one of the neighbors) called to complain, the girl in the office was rude and unhelpful. She said I had to have the driver's name before she could do anything. When I questioned her ability to look him up under the route or address she told me at first that she couldn't do that but then told me she could " but it would take too long". She said she would send out a blanket memo to everyone but as of yet the driver is still honking his horn and they are doing NOTHING about it.
