MO AUTO SALES IS THE WORST MONEY SCAM THERE IS. They sale cars that have all different types of issues. The guy stole 200$ from me because I didn't want to buy the car no more because of major issues and i have already put down the money and he talking about the fee is non refundable because I chose not to get the car. Then when I tell him Ima take it up with my bank because I used my debit card and lawyer he say he gone open a car loan in my name anyway! He is terrible this car place is terrible. They are liars and kind artist. Yes what he say may get you in for a car but in the end it will screw your over DO NOT GO THERE! Give me back my money.

I test drove a car at Mo Auto Sales dealership that I had seen advertised on their website. That particular car had a line in the description claiming that the car and all other cars came with a warranty. I was also reassured by the dealer during the test drive that the car was under a powertrain warranty. I negotiated a price on the car, still under the assumption that it was under warranty as well as sold my personal vehicle in order to make the purchase. The purchase order the dealer faxed the bank did not say the car was being sold "as is", so I signed for the loan payable to that dealer. Upon my arrival to the dealership to sign the final *****s and take possession of the car I was handed a different purchase order from what was sent to the bank, that said the car was sold "as is". This was also the first time a Buyer's Guide was presented to me as most cars on this lot do not have them hanging in their windows. The Buyer's Guide was also filled out for the first time as I signed *****s and was marked "as is". I did not realize I was able to walk away from the car because I had just taken out a loan payable to this specific dealer and had already sold my minivan. I took the keys and hoped for the best. Only 4 days later the car suffered a catastrophic powertrain failure. I contacted the dealer immediately to have the issue resolved. I was told that he wouldn't pay a dime out of his pocket, but told me that he had installed a used transmission into the car a few months prior and that it may be under warranty. This was also the first time that I he had ever disclosed that the car had a major part replaced on the car...and with a used part no less. The repair shop that installed the used transmission confirmed that the transfer case that exploded in my car was not the same as the transmission they replaced and therefore not under any warranty. I contacted the dealer again to inform him of this and of the major violations, such as the FTC Buyers Guide violations and how I felt it was unfair for him to deny the repairs. He sent me a vulgar text message in response and I never heard back. I have found out that this dealership has 4 complaints on file with the Ohio Attorney Generals office already. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT BUY YOUR NEXT CAR FROM THIS UNSCRUPULOUS DEALER!!!! HE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!
