A Savannah Nite

This was the transportation company used for my best friend's wedding. Driver was extremely rude. When the bridal party (INCLUDING THE BRIDE) requested that music be turned on, the driver said no. When we asked the heat be turned down as the van was packed and therefore hot, the driver refused. He missed our exit and therefore made us later than we already were. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I would explicitly advise against it.

Great service, Used them for my wedding and for my husbands birthday. We booked a white hummer for my weddings and a dodge challenger for the birthday and all I have to say is WOW! Their cars are breath taking and the drivers are so polite and professional. we got red carpet service for my wedding and they even went as far as color coordinating the napkins and glass wear to match my wedding colors!! they go above and beyond any expectations I had both times!! great prices and service thanks savannah nite!!

We rented a limo for a friends bachelorette party. When we went to book the limo, the one we wanted was already taken so they said they would upgrade us to a 20 person occupancy Esclade. They were going to put pink napkins in all the glasses and they were going to have a red carpet that the driver would roll out at one of our stops along the night. This sounded great!

Well the night of the bachelorette party came and we all (17 girls) went to get into the limo....20 person occupancy....absolutely not it was a tight squeeze for just us girls to get in there is no way another person let alone 3 more people would have fit! After getting in the limo, we all noticed there was no pink napkins in the glasses (not a huge deal, but if you tell your customers your going to do something you need to do!) we all just figured o well lets get on with this night! As we were trying to leave my neighborhood, I noticed the driver completely missed the turn to get out of the neighborhood....thats when we notcied the driver did not have a GPS! We were stuck looking out the windows and trying to tell the driver where to go for parts of the night! Isn't that the whole point of getting a limo so you don't have to worry about directions and stuff!! As the night progressed, the red carpet that we were told would be rolled out still hadn't been rolled out when some of us girls were talking about it Sonya, our driver over heard us and came over and asked us what was wrong. We told her, and she informed us that we did not tell her what bar to do it at..which was right we hadnt but when all of our stopping points are a bunch of bars we just figured at one of them she would do it...we all agreed it was a misunderstanding. Well we went to a few bars after that and still no red carpet (working in customer service, if you know something is going to make your client happy wouldn't you do it without being told)

Now towards the end of the night, we had lost some girls along the way we were all starting to get tired. We tried to go to one last bar before we called it a night but it was already last call, so we figure theres nothing else left to do lets go home. Upon arriving back to my house, the girls that were left gathered there stuff out of the limo and we told Sonja she was done she could go ahead and leave (mind you all the exterrior and interrior lights are all on and flashing and music still on) Sonja just stood there and continued to watch us....She was holding a bag of trash so I said here let me take that for you I will throw it away she insisted that she had to go back to headquarters so clean the limo out and she would take care of it there. By this point it had been 25 minutes or so the we had been back and out of the limo, my mom came out and asked Sonja to either leave or to turn off all the nights and music because it was waking up our neighbors, again Sonja just stood there. FInally we told her to leave now and we all went inside. The next morning we woke up and went outside to find the TRASH BAGS! The trash bags I asked her if I could throw away for her laying in our driveway!! After a night of nothing but bad customer service my friend that I hosted the party with called to speak to managment. When Mike got on the phone and my friend started telling him some of our complaints and the manger argued with her!!! He said our night ended early because some of our girls got in a fight! That was nit the case at all!!! He was suppose to the manager and handle things like this and he just made the situation worse!!! So I called and talked to the head of compaints, they lady was very nice and appologetic, I told her I wanted to speak to the owner to make sure he is aware of the lack of customer service his employees were giving out. I was told he was out of town and he would call us back on Sept 18. GUESS WHAT! NO CALL!!!!

We rented a limousine from A savannah nite limousines and we rented a 24 person limo for the occasion it was a GMC 5500, we had an incredible night it was so much fun that we will rent again soon this time all of my friends will help!

When I went in to take a look at the limousines available I was shocked with the great looking limos. We got my younger 15 year old a limo rental for her quincenera! She will be impact to see we got her a newer version limo. She is not expecting such a nice limo. Thank you Savannah night limo staff for your great help in getting me a special and making my sister’s quince the best. Also want to thank you for your understanding. I strongly recommend them to you and your friends!

Just wanted to let you know that the kids had a GREAT time tonight!! Bev was just the BEST! She was professional and courteous and personally called me to confirm all details the night before and even had suggestions for great places to take the kids to get pictures.
