        Transform Yoga studio is equipped for open yoga, gentle yoga, yoga challenge and yogalates classes. All levels welcome and your first class is FREE! At Transform Yoga, our mission is to enhance one's physical, emotional and spiritual well-being through the practice of yoga by striving to align poses, strength, flexibility, playfulness, relaxation and meditation to help move us toward one moment of total awareness. Each participant is encouraged "to go at their own pace". The individual is guided to "do their best" in that moment. It is our obligation to contribute to the well-being of all who want to be "transformed" with integrating alignment, guidance and light heartedness.

        After attending several yoga studios I find Transform Yoga to be the most comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable thanks to owner Nancy Sena. Nancy is very dedicated to helping the students with their form and correct alignment to get the maximum benefit of the pose. With the individual attention it's as if you are getting a private lesson. It is like my home away from home. I highly recommend Transform Yoga.

        Transform Yoga has by far the best yoga and yogalates classes around!

        It is unlike the typical community center or big gym classes, which I have tried and never gotten into. And I finally realized why-- I wasn't doing it right! When I came to Nancy's classes, she actually walked around the room and gave personal attention by way of correcting alignment and tips to work at either a higher or lower level. I really got an awesome workout. It has been three months since I started her classes here and I have lost two full pants sizes!
