Calandra's Italian & French Bakery has been serving bread and bread products for more than 40 years. The company s bread dough is individually hand scaled with special custom built brick oven baking. Its retail locations are in Newark and Fairfield, N.J. Its products include breads, such as French, panella, bastone, twists and rings, Italian rolls, dinner rolls, subs and pizzas. It also offers cakes, pies, cookies, breakfast foods, pastries, ice-cream desserts and wedding cakes. The pastries offered include Joseph's, Napoleon, lobster tails, cheesecake, traditional, brownies and cupcakes. Its products are sold in delis, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, hotels and casinos throughout the state.
