Customs Cuts

my hair was butchered! I was in tears all night... there is no way i will ever go back there again!! I went in with long healthy hair and asked for a lob. She said she couldnt do it because the hair from my side shave was still growing in and suggested a trendy alternative. She showed me the picture on her phone and it looked cute so I said sure! As she started going i noticed she kept looking at her phone (she was following directions!) SHe told me she would not take very much off my length.. its now below my ear on one side and shoulder length on the other. It was supposed to be diagonal but there are SOOOOOO many crazy choppy short layers all over my head, my sister said it looks like im standing in the wind from behind because all the layers are angled and so choppy. I can't put it up because the one side is so short. Its so embarrassing! I keep trying to pin it up but there is no hope. I will be going somewhere else to try to have them fix what remains of my hair. :( The most traumatic hair cut I have ever had.

I made an appointment beforehand and went there on time, just to be sitting and waiting for more than 30 mins. No one really attend to me other than just saying we'll be with you soon. The manicure wasn't great and I was seriously concerned about the cleanliness of the place and tools. No nail drier and my manicure was mushy even before I left the place. I spend 30 dollars, just to go to another place 2 hours after and get a better, more professional manicure. Total waste of my money and time.
