Uptowner Cafe

Contradictory to the other review listed, I have nothing but wonderful things to say. I am in about two-three times a week because it is next to my apartment complex. The food is great and moderately priced, the family who runs the place is friendly and accommodating. They have a sandwich club with a free sandwich after the purchase of 10. I will return even if I no longer live in the neighborhood. Hands down five stars!!!!

I have been a loyal customer to this cafe giving them plenty of money for overpriced items. It is convenient for where I work. I will no longer go here due to the poor customer service. They do not value customers, I had a co worker and friend told by staff he was not allowed to get a fork because he did not buy something yet he buys something on the regular multiple times a week. I asked for a healthier option with breakfast and was told they could not substitute yet I am there almost everyday?The staff is unfriendly and clearly not business smart when you are having repeat customers.
