        Overall

        The Fairfax, VA restaurant is always far too cold. We eat at MANY Denny's while running up and down I-95 but we cannot eat at our local Denny's because it uncomfortably cold.



        We asked our server for a warmer location last time we were in the restaurant, but she said we were in the warmest location. It could NOT be made warmer because the restaurant was cold for "food safety."



        FOOD SAFETY? YOU CANNOT BE KIDDING ME!



        I believe that was last September, and we have not been back to that store. We have eaten at MANY Denny's along I-95, but never at our 'local" store.



        They are really stupid.



        I wrote a complaint and e-mailed it and the GM phoned me once. I have called several dozen times and have been unable to connect with her. She is never available. Corporate e-mailed me last September and just last week. Still, no GM.



        I spoke with Mohammad Wednesday evening and he seemed concerned, and said he would have changed the thermostat. Still, our waitress said that there was no place warmer and the restaurant was cold for food safety and the thermostat could not be changed. STUPID!



        I wonder if they have ever figured out why most tables are empty. Why are the other Denny's we visit very busy and this one is -- well -- under used.



        Maybe they should think about this because it is empty yet other local restaurants are very busy.



        Keep it cold. Drive customers away idiots.
