Absolutely the worst financial experience of our lives. They had no idea what they were doing, messed up our closing documents, our attorneys had to fix everything at the last minute. They would give us information, but it would be completely wrong, and then they would deny that they had informed us incorrectly. They had absolutely no idea what they were doing, and could accept no accountability. When I asked to lodge a complaint, I kept getting passed off to other people, no one would return my calls, or admit that they were wrong and had make mistakes. Even our attorneys believed that CUMA was making things harder for us on purpose. DO NOT use them! They truly are a horrible company, terrible customer service and completely incompetent staff.
