11033 Bliss Nail Inc

I was a regular customer for over nine months but my last visit was very disappointing. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait for over 20 min. Young was my nail technician. She seemed extremely stressed out and did not bother to greet me or say a simple Sorry" I had gel manicure that did not last even ONE day Two of my nails peeled 5 hours later...i went back the next day and the same lady fixed my nails. She didn't apologize again and she was clearly annoyed by my presence there. Apparently, she doesn't value her customers and their time. At the end, I asked Young if she can compensate me for all the trouble and she laughed in my face.
I will not go back to this salon and will not recommend it to anyone!
Stay away from Bliss nails, save your time, money, and emotions.
