        Bell Pump has done it again. They came to our rescue. Contaminated water with small children and a terminal ill occupant and they heard our problem. They quickly did all they could to resolve the problem by reworking their schedule and installing a new pump. We are most thankful for the most timely and professional job.         Woke up this a.m. and there was NO water! Bell Pump &Well showed up at 12;30. By 3;30, Steve and his assistant idenified the problem, replaced the old pump and fully explained every aspect. He was courteous, articulate and competent. Although this is an unexpected and expensive job, I can readily say it was among the best professional service call experiences I ever had.

        My well connected in Mclean quite pumping water. Several kibbitzers said, "Well gone bad." I called Bell; a very nice receptionist sent out two professional well techs...young guys, very responsible. They said they'd be here betwen 12:00- 3:00 PM...they were in the driveway at 11:58. 45 minutes later and a repaired valve they left. You can't ask more than this; a family owned concern committed to excellence.
