Our family was very unhappy with the treatment our family member received while at Unihealth Brookhaven. I ended up calling the corporate office and alerting them to the situation there after I was treated very rudely by a staff member answering the phone. I also could not believe how unresponsive the staff was to the residents using the call button. My grandmother was a fall risk and they did not take any additional precautions until she had fallen several more times, one which resulted in her being admitted back into the hospital. We ended up removing her from this facility. I just feel badly for the residents that have to stay. The only resident getting good care was the Atlanta Falcons head coach’s mother.



If you are considering this facility, please do your homework and keep checking or make sure you stay on top of the care your loved one receives.
