Betty earned her designation as a Certified Financial Planner TM (CFP ®) from the College for Financial Planning through the University of Southern California in 1986. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association and holds FINRA registrations of Registered Securities Broker and Registered Principal. Additionally, Betty holds California Department of Insurance licenses in Life, Long Term Care, The California Long Term Care Partnership, Annuities and Variable Annuities.
