Celeste Dance Studio

We have been in business for over 40 years and pride ourself on having a friendly dance environment with very reasonably priced dance lessons for everyone. We are a year around school and have people signi up through out the year. Many students have been with us for 5 to 10 years or longer. We only charge $42 for 4 one hour classes for the month or 13 classes for $118 for 3 months. Our prices are at least 30 percent cheaper than most dance studios in the Chicagoland area. Most clients want to be reminded when their tuition is coming to an end, so I remind them a week or two before it is due. If you think this a scam I suggest you try another dance and pay more and get scammed even more. Our business policies are very fair and our dance teachers are very good and those are reasons we have been in business for 40 years. If your complaining about our ballroom or Latin dance lessons, they are slighly more but still a bargain at only $48 for 4 hours of dance. Call me if problems.

My daughter & I like her instructor, but not so much the owner. I agree with the previous reveiw. We really are torn as to whether or not to continue her classes there.

The owner of Celeste is a real creep. He is always trying to suck one more dollar out of you. He sets it up so that you always run out of classes you've paid for mid session so you will have to buy a new package in order to finish what you are currently learning. Then it overlaps into another session. This way he scams you into returning as a student or leaving part way through a session. He lays the guilt on really thick if you try to "leave mid session" when the teacher and other students are "counting on you." I don't understand why he doesn't just treat his clients well and with respect. Maybe then he could move on up to a less scummy studio and get some loyal clientele. The teacher was great and many of us would have returned, but I just couldn't stand his games any longer!

My daughter and I enjoy the dance instructions and our teacher, Miss Nikki who we have had for the past two years. This is a friendly place to take your child and we enjoyed the various teachers and enviroment. Their recitals are really great. Also their prices are one of the best in the Chicagoland area.
