We Stay Moving

I am giving a one star review because zero is not an option. We decided to go with these guys after comparing them to other movers and reading their great reviews. We confirmed our time and date, today at 12:30. At noon they called my boyfriend and and said that they had a family emergency and the job before us took longer than expected, they were pushing our move back to 3:30pm. This was inconvenient as we has reserved the freight elevator in our building for the move. Leading up to 3:30, my boyfriend called and texted several times with no response. At 330 I called them and left a voicemail pretending to be a potential new client. They called me back right away and I explained who I was. The guy apologized and said he would call my boyfriend. He did call my boyfriend, gave him a bunch of BS excuses, said he was on his way, would give us a discount, etc etc. That was an hours and a half ago. We have been calling incessantly, our stuff is packed and I am sitting in our house while my boyfriend is at our apartment. Our entire day has been wasted, we could have done the job ourselves by now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
