I cannot express enough how unprofessional of an experience I had while visiting this practice. Dr. Merrill was over an hour and a half late for my appointment. I just couldn't be away from work for more than 2 hours and had to leave before being seen.

The quality of the medical care that I received overall was subpar, I felt as though more than one unneeded test was run by Dr. Merrill just to pad my bill. All I have to show for my last complete visit is a unsubstantiated diagnosis for an unrelated condition that I will have to fight with my next physician to get off my record.

The worst part is when I talked to the practice manager about my concerns I was immediately dropped like a hot potato. It is sad that a practice would just drop a loyal paying customer just because they had some concerns. I would be mortified if my business treated people that way.

I highly suggest that you consider going to another practice for your healthcare. I am sure that you will be glad you did!
