Do not go to this store! Employees are not trained properly and when they make an error they want to hold you responsible and make you waste hours trying to rectify the situation which they will not do. I called Sprint while I was there and they were horrified by the way Carlos spoke to me. She said she was putting that store on report. Go to a Sprint Corporate owned store where you know they are properly trained and polite.

I have always done all of my phone business at marshall wireless. I LOVE this place. I especially like it because the owners are local, and I like to keep my business in the local area. I have never had any issues with this place nor has anybody I know that goes there. As far as corporate store being the best... HA! thats a joke.... you wait forever and then get the runaround. I never wait more than a few minutes and they can do anyrhing that a corporate store can do.

This is NOT a SPRINT corporate store!! (MARSHALL WIRELESS) is an authorized dealer with different customer service rules. The Eureka location has this RUDE JERK TONY do NOT do business with!! No matter what cellular sign you see on a store front always ask if you are at a corporate store, if not do not walk RUN AWAY!!!
